Description
The graphite heat exchanger support, commonly known as the tube sheet, is fixedly installed in the flash device. It provides a stable framework for the graphite tubes inside the heater, allowing steam to flow between these tubes. The steam heats the dilute sulfuric acid flowing inside the graphite tubes, thereby evaporating the water content and achieving the concentration of the acid.
Building on the company's existing high-pressure molded tube sheets, we have developed low-pressure molded phenolic fiberglass flower and tube sheets with diameters ranging from 1500 to 3500 millimeters—or even larger—featuring superior density and enhanced strength. These products have already earned a national utility model patent.
The company’s geographical position is superior. The west side of the plant is the 204 national road extending in all directions, and the south side of the plant is the third-level channel of Lianshen Line. The large glass fiber reinforced plastic parts produced by our company with a diameter of less than 10 meters can be transported to major ports in the country and the world through this channel.
Our products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. FRP grating products have passed the United States of America Material Testing Institute ASTM-E84 testing and ABS detection.
